Her dedication to customer service was evident from the moment we checked in. She took the time to provide us with valuable tips for exploring the city, which made our sightseeing adventures much smoother and more enjoyable. One of the most amazing experienced I have had in a hotel. The hotel itself is a design masterpiece, the wooden walls and curved lines make you feel like you just stepped into a natural oasis in the middle of the busy Bangkok. The pool, its garden and the view is perfectly designed to match the solar aesthetics. The staff was impeccable, and it just felt as if you were at home. The gym is extremely well equipped and again it has a wonderful view! The breakfast was simply divine, and the breakfast restaurant was designed in such a way that you never wanted to leave. Really an architectural marvel. Bonus: we got a beautiful upgrade to a corner room, request it as the view is worth it!

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls. Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April) Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Additionally, you could access the mall directly from the 6th floor via the main elevator, which was a great feature. As a smoker, I appreciated the convenience of being able to go straight from my room to level 9 to smoke. Overall, everything was very convenient.
